Yes, of course! You can return plants and homeware withinΒ 14 daysΒ of receiving your order. However, customers are responsible for return postage. Once we receive the returned items, weβll process your refund as quickly as possible π³
2.Β Can I return art or apparel?
Art and apparel are non-refundable because theyβre made to order π The only exception is if they arrive damaged or defective - in that case, weβll sort it out for you with a replacement or refund... your happiness is our priority.
3.Β Do you offer exchanges?
We donβt offer direct exchanges. The easiest way to swap an item is toΒ request a returnΒ (where applicable) and place a new order for the item youβd like instead.
4.Β How long do I have to return my items?
You haveΒ 14 daysΒ to return plants and homeware. Unfortunately, as art and apparel are made-to-order, they canβt be returned unless thereβs a defect π
5.Β Who pays for return shipping?
If somethingβs not quite right (a defect, for example), donβt worry - weβll cover all return costs. If itβs just not your thing, return postage would be on you. All we ask is that you send it back with a trackable service, so your parcel doesnβt go on its own mystery adventure π
6.Β What should I do if my item is damaged?

7.Β Can I cancel my order?
If youβve changed your mind, let us know ASAP and weβll do our best to cancel it. We can't always guarantee it'll be cancelled though, as we can sometimes complete processing within an hour of ordering! π¬
