RETURNS
Changed your mind? No problem! Our 14-day, no-hassle return policy has you covered. You’ve got two whole weeks from the day your goodies arrive to let us know you'd like to return them. Just make sure they’re in their original condition - unused, with tags, and packaged up just like they came. Getting started is a breeze: shoot us an email at returns@plantish.uk with your name, order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. Once approved, we’ll hit you back with simple, step-by-step instructions. It’s as easy as that! Please note that return costs must be covered by the customer, and we can’t accept returns on artwork, apparel or sale items.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
When your order arrives, give it a quick check to ensure everything’s perfect. If you spot any defects or damage, reach out to us within the first 24 hours so we can sort it out for you. Heads up: after 24 hours, we won’t be able to offer a refund or replacement, so don’t wait to get in touch!
EXCEPTIONS / NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTS
Since all our prints, canvases, and apparel are made just for you, we’re unable to offer refunds unless there's a fault. If something’s not quite right, reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can make it right with a refund or replacement.
EXCHANGES
Our store has a variety of products that are ordered based on your location to ensure the most sustainable delivery route. The fastest way to exchange a purchase is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. To start a return, contact us at returns@plantish.uk to begin the process. Please include your full name, order number, the item you would like to return and return reason. When your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how to return your item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know when the refund has been approved. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at returns@plantish.uk so we can investigate!
