Artificial Plants

1. How do I clean artificial plants?

Cleaning is a breeze! Just wipe them with a damp cloth or use a gentle vacuum attachment. For tougher spots, a mixture of water and mild soap works wonders.

2. Can artificial plants be used outdoors?

Yes, some of our artificial plants are designed for outdoor use and made with UV-resistant materials to prevent fading in the sun. Be sure to check the product description or ask us if you’re unsure about outdoor compatibility.

3. Are artificial plants safe for homes with pets or kids?

Totally! Our plants are made from non-toxic materials, so they’re safe for little hands and paws. Plus, no soil, water, or fertilizers means less mess and more peace of mind for you.

4. Do artificial plants need any maintenance?

Not much at all! No watering, no pruning, and no stressing about sunlight. Just give them a dust-off every now and then to keep them looking fresh. It’s the easiest relationship you’ll ever have.

5. Can I reshape or adjust artificial plants?

For sure – most of our artificial plants have flexible stems and branches, allowing you to adjust them for the perfect look. They’re super easy to shape so you can create your ideal arrangement – no green thumb required.

6. How long do artificial plants last?

With a little care, artificial plants can last for years. Indoor plants stay gorgeous indefinitely, while outdoor ones with UV protection can handle the sun for a long time before showing their age.

7. Will artificial plants fade over time?

Not if we can help it! Our high-quality plants are designed to resist fading, especially for indoor use. For outdoor plants, choose UV-protected options, and if you’re feeling extra, a quick spritz of UV protection spray once a year keeps them looking fresh.

8. Are artificial plants worth the price?

I mean, we’re going to say yes to this question for obvious reasons… But in all seriousness, unlike real plants, they don’t need water, fertilizers, or replacements, making them super cost-effective in the long run. Plus, they look amazing year-round and won’t throw a tantrum if you go on holiday. No guilt, just green vibes.

9. Are artificial plants eco-friendly?

Definitely. Artificial plants are reusable and don’t require water or pesticides, which helps conserve resources. Plus, their durability means you won’t need frequent replacements, reducing waste over time.

10. What are artificial plants made of?

Our plants are crafted from durable, high-quality materials like silk, plastic, wood, or polyester, all designed to look stunningly real. Whenever possible, we source options made from recycled materials, so your home stays stylish and sustainable.

11. Do artificial plants come fully assembled?

Most of our artificial plants arrive fully assembled and ready to use. For larger items or special arrangements, some minor adjustments may be needed, but we provide clear instructions for easy setup.

12. How do I choose the right artificial plant for my space?

13. Can I return or exchange artificial plants if I don’t like them?

Prints and Canvases

1. Who designs your art?

Every single piece is designed by us – yep, all of it! It starts with brainstorming and sketching (and maybe a little coffee-fuelled madness). From there, we use digital tools to bring the ideas to life and create artworks in a variety of styles. Once the art is finalised, we work our magic with editing software to enhance the DPI of the images, making sure your artwork looks stunningly clear and high-quality, no matter the size. Fancy, right?

2. What paper is your art printed on?

All of our prints feel silky to the touch as we use high-quality, lightweight, classic semi-glossy paper. See below for the full stats:

Paper Finishing: Semi-glossy, enhances colours with a subtle shine.
Paper Weight: 170 gsm, thickness: 0.19 mm (7.5 mils), sturdy and durable.
Sustainable Paper: FSC-certified or equivalent.

3. What canvas material do you use?

Our canvases are responsibly sourced FSC-certified wood stretcher bars with a lovely cotton-polyester blend (300-350gsm, 350-400 microns). More deets here:

Thickness: Slim (2cm)
Hanging Kit: Included, varies by country.

4. What sizes do you offer?

We’ve got a size for every wall - big, small, or somewhere in between. Check out our product pages for the full list of dimensions. Don’t see the size you need? Shoot us a message, and we’ll see if we can work some magic!

5. How long will it take to get my order?

Patience is a virtue… but we know waiting isn’t fun. Processing your order takes 1-3 days, and shipping usually takes 3-5 working days after that. Your new favourite wall decor is worth the (short) wait!

6. Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Since each print and canvas is made to order just for you, we can’t offer refunds unless something’s gone terribly wrong (like a misprint or damage). If there’s an issue, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll make it right. Pinky promise.

7. What if my order arrives damaged?

Oh no! We hate when that happens. If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 24 hours with a photo of the issue, and we’ll send you a replacement faster than you can say “wall-worthy art” (well, maybe not that fast).

8. How do I hang my print or canvas?

We recommend a hammer, some nails, and a sprinkle of confidence! For canvases, you can use wall hooks or adhesive strips if you’re renting. Prints look amazing framed – time to channel your inner gallery curator!

Apparel

1. Who designs your apparel?

We'll give you one guess. It’s us – AGAIN! Well, mainly Aila. She loves drawing, and with Chris' keen eye, we finalise a wide range of styles to suit all plant-obsessed peeps.

2. How long does it take to get my order?

Once you place your order, it takes about 1-2 days to process. After that, delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. It’ll be on your doorstep faster than you can say "pothos" can… maybe.

3. Can I return or exchange my order?

Since all our clothing is made-to-order just for you, we can’t accept returns unless there’s an issue like a defect or damage. If something’s wrong, let us know within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right – promise!

4. Are your clothes sustainable?

Absolutely! Our production process is as green as the plants we love. We work with eco-conscious partners who use sustainable materials and processes to minimise waste. So, you can look great and feel great about what you’re wearing.

5. What’s the best way to care for my apparel?

Treat it like your favourite plant – gently! Machine wash inside out on a cold cycle, avoid harsh detergents, and air dry whenever possible.

6. Can I request a custom design?

While we don’t currently offer custom orders, we’re always open to new ideas! If you’ve got a design suggestion or a favourite plant you want to see featured, let us know – we might just add it to our collection.

7. What if my order arrives damaged?

Oh dear – that’s not what we want at all. If something arrives damaged, email us at returns@plantish.uk with your name, order number and a photo within 24 hours, and we’ll replace it or provide a refund ASAP.

Delivery

1. How much does delivery cost?

We ALWAYS offer free tracked delivery - no minimum spend, no nonsense 🎉

2. Do you offer express delivery?

Not at the moment, but we’re working on expanding our delivery options soon.

3. How long will my order take to arrive?

We supply your plant goodies from the UK, Europe and Asia, and if you've ordered plants, art or apparel, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. If you've ordered our homeware, this could be between 5-15 working days but no matter what you've ordered, we'll always let you know how long it will take and you’ll be able to track your it every step of the way 🙌

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship our artificial plants within the UK, but our art, homeware and apparel are shipped internationally! ✈️

5. Can I track my order?

Yes! All our deliveries are fully tracked and secure. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey either from your account or through our Track Your Order page. 🚐

6. What happens if I’m not home when my order is delivered?

If you're not home, the courier will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or where you can collect your parcel! 📦

7. What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at enquiries@plantish.uk, and we’ll look into it right away.

8. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?

If you need to change your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible at enquiries@plantish.uk. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to update the address 📝

9. My item arrived damaged – what should I do?

Oh dear... we're so sorry if that's the case! Please email us at returns@plantish.uk with your order number and photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or issue a refund depending on your preference (pls forgive us).

10. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Nope, we don’t offer gift wrapping at the moment!

11. Can I specify a delivery date?

We currently don’t offer date-specific delivery, but rest assured, we’ll dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Returns

1. Can I return plants and homeware?

Yes, of course! You can return plants and homeware within 14 days of receiving your order. However, customers are responsible for return postage. Once we receive the returned items, we’ll process your refund as quickly as possible 💳

2. Can I return art or apparel?

Art and apparel are non-refundable because they’re made to order 😔 The only exception is if they arrive damaged or defective - in that case, we’ll sort it out for you with a replacement or refund... your happiness is our priority.

3. Do you offer exchanges?

We don’t offer direct exchanges. The easiest way to swap an item is to request a return (where applicable) and place a new order for the item you’d like instead 🙌

4. How long do I have to return my items?

You have 14 days to return plants and homeware. Unfortunately, as art and apparel are made-to-order, they can’t be returned unless there’s a defect 😭

5. Who pays for return shipping?

If something’s not quite right (a defect, for example), don’t worry - we’ll cover all return costs. If it’s just not your thing, return postage would be on you. All we ask is that you send it back with a trackable service, so your parcel doesn’t go on its own mystery adventure 🙏

6. What should I do if my item is damaged?

Oh dear, that's not ideal. If your item is damaged, email us at enquiries@plantish.uk within 24 hours with a photo of the damage, and we’ll get a replacement or refund out to you ASAP. 100% happiness guaranteed - that's the Plantish promise.

7. Can I cancel my order?

If you’ve changed your mind, let us know ASAP and we’ll do our best to cancel it. We can't always guarantee it'll be cancelled as sometimes we can complete processing within an hour of ordering! 😬

8. What happens if my return is rejected?

If your return doesn’t meet our criteria (e.g., it’s past the return window or has been used), we may not be able to process a refund. We’ll explain the reason and work with you to reach a positive solution! 🙇‍♂️
