Yes, of course! You can return plants and homeware withinย 14 daysย of receiving your order. However, customers are responsible for return postage. Once we receive the returned items, weโll process your refund as quickly as possible ๐ณ
2.ย Can I return art or apparel?
Art and apparel are non-refundable because theyโre made to order ๐ The only exception is if they arrive damaged or defective - in that case, weโll sort it out for you with a replacement or refund... your happiness is our priority.
3.ย Do you offer exchanges?
We donโt offer direct exchanges. The easiest way to swap an item is toย request a returnย (where applicable) and place a new order for the item youโd like instead.
4.ย How long do I have to return my items?
You haveย 14 daysย to return plants and homeware. Unfortunately, as art and apparel are made-to-order, they canโt be returned unless thereโs a defect ๐ญ

If somethingโs not quite right (a defect, for example), donโt worry - weโll cover all return costs. If itโs just not your thing, return postage would be on you. All we ask is that you send it back with a trackable service, so your parcel doesnโt go on its own mystery adventure ๐

Oh dear, that's not ideal. If your item is damaged, email us at enquiries@plantish.uk withinย 24 hoursย with a photo of the damage, and weโll get a replacement or refund out to you ASAP. 100% happiness guaranteed - that's the Plantish promise.
7.ย Can I cancel my order?
If youโve changed your mind, let us know ASAP and weโll do our best to cancel it. We can't always guarantee it'll be cancelled though, as we can sometimes complete processing within an hour of ordering! ๐ฌ

If your return doesnโt meet our criteria (e.g., itโs past the return window or has clearly been used), we may not be able to process a refund. Weโll explain the reason and work with you to reach a positive solution! ๐โโ๏ธ
